Active Directory and Unified Communication services remain available, but the server load balancer hardware replacement and maintenance was ended early, and uncompleted, due to unexpected hardware complications. A few features of Skype for Business were affected during the scheduled maintenance window but have been restored. There will be another maintenance time scheduled to complete this work once we have received further guidance from the vendor.
Unified Communications Load Balancer Maintenance
Summary of Work:
		Hardware replacement, software and firmware upgrades for all Unified Communication (KEMP) load balancers
Impacted Audience:
Skype for Business & Exchange Clients, and Active Directory load-balanced services (LDAP & Kerberos)
Impact of Work:
		Maintenance will be performed on the network used by Exchange, Skype/Lync, Office 365, and AD.  Clients may be disconnected and reconnected as services are restarted.
