Resolution:
On 1/10/2020, an upgrade was performed to RightFax. This upgrade applied a Service Release to fix identified issues with PDFs generated by certain multi-functioning printers failing to convert. Any RightFax user that continues to receive conversion error messages should report the issue to the Technology Services Help Desk at 217/244-1000 or consult@illinois.edu. Please note: The currently supported browsers for RightFax are IE and Chrome. The latest version of Firefox and Microsoft Edge have a new security option which may block scanned PDF files with blank pages or Searchable index pages.
