The vendor has advised that the system unresponsiveness is related to a tablespace issue with the underlying Oracle Database.
Pinnacle users are able to log in without issue. While users with the Department Manager role do not appear to be impacted, users with the Back Officer User role report the application is unresponsive when attempting to access preorders, services, and/or subscribers - eventually presenting an Oracle error message that doesn't allow them to proceed.
Efforts are underway to pinpoint the process that is consuming too much server space. In the interim, all customized published reports have been temporarily inactivated in an attempt to isolate the cause further.
